To large scale, the Kalu'ak Faction is related to the Tuskarr race, which was found in Borean Tundra, Dragonblight, and Howling Fjord. Both Horde and Alliance players are in position to gain reputation with it. In Northrend, the Tuskarr are an indigenous race to the cold coastal regions. Many of their settlements have been destroyed or are under siege by forces under the influence of the Lich King. Kaskala, in southern Borean Tundra, is one such settlement, continually under siege by crazed, undead Sea Vrykul. Wolvar, Scourge, and Northsea Pirates also cause problems for the generally peaceful Tuskarr. Their main settlement is Kaskala, which can be found in the Borean Tundra. Smaller branches can be found at Kamagua within the Howling Fjord, and Moa'ki Harbor in Dragonblight. I was able to hit Exalted with the Kalu'ak the other night, and got myself a new pet and fishing rod, which were both purchasable at Exalted. The Nurtured Penguin Egg gives you a non-combat Penguin pet to follow you around Northrend, and to keep you company while you fish with your new Mastercraft Kalu'ak Fishing Pole. The best thing about the new fishing rod that it not only replaced my Seth's Graphite Fishing Pole, but my Hydrocane as well. I think I've had my Hydrocane since around level 25, so it has served me well for a long long time. Maybe I'll just keep it in my bank for awhile It wasn't difficult or boring for the rep grind of Kalu'ak, as a matter of fact, sbfnjzhnmg it was very easy and the daily quests were actually pretty fun and you get a good amount of rep each. The problem is that there are only three daily quests which you can do a day. And also the daily quests are in different locations. The three quests that you can do are all available to you when you hit Northrend, and in general are pretty easy to swing through if there's not a lot of other people around. You will need a minimum of 5 to successfully make it across the river. I normally catch 8 just to be safe since sometimes other players are doing the quest also, and you may need to redirect your Bull to a Cow which is further away. For Moa'ki Harbor quest, you need to travel north of the village, and gasp steal the puppies from their mothers. You need to collect 12 [Snowfall Glade Pup] and bring them back to the village. For Kalaska quest, simply you have to collect 8 Kalaska Supply you find laying around the camp. If there are lots of players doing this quest, there is a small camp between Kalaska and Unu'pe where there are five Supplies which spawn there at a fairly quick rate. First of all I set Home Point to Kamagua, and just Hearth there everyday to start the runs of dailies. Then I take the flight from there to Moa'ki Harbor, and from there I take the flight to Unu'pe. From Unu'pe I fly to Kalaska to do the last of the 3 dailies. Each quest rewards 500 rep (550 if you are Human), and also a 5g reward. Also, I'm pretty sure you have to do a majority of the regular quests for the Kalu'ak before the daily quests will be made available to you.
